Mn-710 issues

i just purchased a mn-710 and i have a bit of problem- it
crashes with my USB 1.0 ROOT HUB and everytime window
loads up, the USB hub is unable to automatically detect
the HI SPEED mn-710. It only detects device manually,
for I have to unplug the cord and plug it in again when
the window starts up what the heck is wrong with
it??????????
