MN-700 with WPA enabled

Is there some sort of troubleshooting about the MN-700 with WPA enabled?
I tried getting the passphrase to work at 63 characters; the PCI MN-730 was
getting the connection fine, but the Proxim Orinoco 11a/b/g ComboCard was
not able to connect to the base station. I thought that this was a hardware
compatibility problem until I tried a 63 hexadesimal number.
When enabling the WPA with 63 hexadecimals on the wireless network, the base
station doesn't accept the keys from other adapters on the network, even the
MN-730 PCI adapter, until it is restarted from the BS Managment tools
(192.168.2.1) or the power is reset to the base station.
When the base station comes back online, it accepts the WPA keys fine and
everything works OK.

Some sort of troubleshooting would be apritiated, or if there is a fix for
that I'd be glad.

here some internal info about the base station (MN-700):
runtime code version: 02.00.08.0333
boot code version: 02.00.08.0333
hardware version: 00.00.00.0004

BNU version: 2.0.0.638

Thanks in advance,

I had a similar issue. I set up a WPA password on my MN-
700. One laptop with the Microsfot wireless
card had no problem. The other laptop with the built in
wireless would not work. I followed instructions.. got
some service packs installed and WPA enabled still no good.
Also this same laptop got dropped every 15mins or so with
the WEP password. BNoth PCs were XP home and Pro.
I shut off the passwords and set up the MAC address
security type for each PC and now it works sweet.

I took some extra measures, I have installed the SP2 RC2 from win XP on my
laptop which had a non-MS wireless card, and still the issue exists.
but the WEP with 128bit encryption didn't drop even once when the laptop was
connected to internet for 2 days nonstop. The WPA doesn't drop ether after
the MN-700 accepts the keys. I have MAC filtering enabled from the beginning
and SSID broadcast disabled as well as the ICMP just in case someone will
try to snoop into my wireless network.
It's defiantly a bug in the MS firmware... they most likely got sloppy with
the software and moved their ppl to OS development or some other stuff.
