Hi,
I just switched from cable to ADSL. I am not able to connect to the internet
through my router. I can run the internet without my router though.
I talked to my ISP and they said my router will not draw an IP address. I
tried to restore my router to factory settings, that did not help. I also
re-installed the software, that did nothing. Anybody got any suggestions??
Thanks in advance.
Mark

You need to program your router to use whatever settings the ISP provides.
I'd take a look at the documentation, compare that to what you're running on
your computer when you can connect, and then set up the router that way.
Without any information on what settings you're supposed to be using and
which router you have, it is difficult to assist you.

Sorry, missed the MN-700 in the subject line. 8-) You still need to know
what settings are required by your ISP. When you have that information,
check the User's Guide on the MN-700 for further information.

Thanks for the reply.
To fix this I cloned the mac address and that got my desktop PC up and
running. Then I ran the wireless network connection wizard and entered my WEP
and was connected wirelessly too. all is good.
