I initially had the same problem, but it has worked
perfectly for a month now without any issues.
Try disabling IEEE 802.1x authentication (on the
Authentication tab of the Wireless network properties) on
all your pcs in your home network.
Did you make sure Windows is up-to-date with the latest
updates? If not, try going to
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp
and click scan for updates, then subsequently install
those updates.
Also, there are possibly updates available to your base
station or adapters. If you right-click the Wireless
Connection icon (not the traditional network connection
icon) in the taskbar, click Options and check
Automatically check for updates (UNfortunately, and
ironically it doesn't seem to be possible to update the
Base Station's firmware except through an ethernet cable
from your computer.
Have you checked your security settings are correctly
configured?
MS also has a page with tips at
http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/br...etworking/10_S
upport.mspx
However, it should work pretty much out-of-the-box (+/- a
few individual settings).
