MN-700 Is Total Junk - Thank You Microsoft

Well I just do not get it. I have had an MN-700 and use
an MN-720 adapter. Ever since I bought it I have had to
reboot the router every time I want to use the wireless
connection. I updated to latest firmware when I bought
it. And the problem persists.

I figured, it's a bug but MS cares about it's customers
they will fix this given some time.

Well here I am months later and no firmware fix. No
driver or software updates. Lots of the same problem
posted on the web from other users - and not just a few.
And like a thief in the night Microsoft is not there to
fix their problem. Tech support is equally useful. They
should just not answer the phone - at least I would have
given up hope a lot sooner. Or at least just say - we do
not really care now that we have your money.

The problem is the same for everyone so it seems clear
that Microsoft has no intention of fixing this problem.

We only make mistakes once.

Yeah they aren't going to fix it, but you can call the product fullfilment
center and they will issue you a money back guarantee.

My experience has been nothing short of stellar. If there were replicators
to "clone" my unit and send it to you I would.

I disagree. Mine works just fine. Maybe it's your configuration, or your
environment.

Well, if anyone wants to send me a backup of your settings I would love to
try them out and be proven wrong.

(E-Mail Removed) is where you can send the backup settings.

you will need a proof of purchase. They may ask you for a Microsoft support
case #
