MN-700 runtime error !

Hi !
I have problems with MSBBN Utility !

After i install firmware and software upgrade for my MN-
700 and when i try to start Microsoft Broadband Network
Utility, i have error:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error !
c:\Program Files\Microsoft Broadband
Networking\MBNUtil.exe
abnormal program termination

Do you have any skinning software such as windows blinds, hydra vision
Etc.? If you do you need to either tell it to stop effecting the
Broadband network utility or uninstall it.
