What kind of server are you running? (Web server, FTP server, or
something else.)
What ports did you do Persistent Port forwarding with?
Are you trying to connect to it from behind the MN-700 or from another
location on the Internet?
What firmware version are you running on the MN-700?
Do you have a software firewall on the computer that is acting as the
server?
If so is it configured to allow connections for the type of server it is?
Do you have a second router between the server & the Internet? (Either
before or after the MN-700.)
Answer these questions as best you can then we will have enough
information to help you.

Please do not contact me directly or ask me to contact you directly for
assistance.
If your question is worth asking, it's worth posting.
If it’s not worth posting you should have done a search on
http://www.google.com/ http://www.google.com/grphp?hl=en&tab=wg&q= or
http://news.google.com/froogle?hl=en&tab=nf&ned=us&q= before wasting our
time.
If I sound hostile or arrogant you need to read the following before
posting a question "How To Ask Questions The Smart Way" at
http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html (The site I've linked
to just has this article I think people should read before posting a
technical question.)
