MN-700 password retrieval

I am trying to initiate my i-phone and it continually asked for my wi-fi
password.

I have had wi-fi in my home for over a year and have never had to log in.

I have been told by my carrier that this router was a customer set-up and
can do nothing for me.

Someone please help me.

log into the MN 700 and set a new WPA passphrase. then use it on
your computer and on the iPhone.
