I just bought the MN-700 and worked all the bugs out so
that i could connect to the internet at advertized speeds
and not get kicked every 10 seconds, but now that i have
my internet connection i lost the ability to send files
over MSN.

Im supposed to open ports 6891-6900. If anyone can tell
me how to do this id be greatly appretiative.

Upgrade to MSN messenger 6.2 & make sure UPnP is running. On Windows
2000 & XP it is a service I'm not 100% sure how it runs on windows 9x
though. Then messenger will automatically open & close those ports as
needed.
