mn-700 mn-720 notebook network

hi,
any nerds/nerdesses out there have experience with running
win98 and trying to set this shit up on a notebook?
I know,I know..... But seriously. This baby has done me
proud for 5 years and now it's going crazy on me, not
wanting to start up when I restart it, crashing, all the
bad stuff. Downloaded the world on updates fm MS but to no
avail. Says on the box I should have win98se. I'm not sure
I do. Says 98 when I start up. Am I missing drivers? Where
and how do I "upgrade" to 98se. Any advice appreciated.
