It does not do that.
The ability to connect to the network using the public IP
from within the LAN is called loopback. The MN700
loopback is not working. Oddly enough the earlier version
MN500 supports loopback (it was added as an update). I
would suggest you contact MS support to ask for loopback
support, and logging customization.
