Unless somebody can convince me otherwise, I have come to
the conclusion that the MN-700 is garbage. I have gone
back to my MN-500, which operated months on end without
so much as a glitch. The 700 will just spontaneously
disconnect/"quit routing" to my business-class Internet
connection and then come back for some unknown reason
without me even touching it. I also can't get more than 2
wireless devices to attach to it at a time if using WPA
instead of WEP. I am frustrated.

Just upgraded from the MN-500 to the MN-700 and haven't noticed a single
glitch. It's every bit as reliable as the MN-500. Can't say that for the USR
and Linksys "G" routers I tried out before going Microsoft again. I'm glad I
came back to Microsoft wi-fi

Any chance you can take your unit back to the retailer and exchange for
another?

Have been using mine for a week without a glitch. Am
putting my desktops onto the wireless, too. Maybe you
just got a bad unit. Also, as far as using WPA, I have
had marginal success with all devices. Don't know if it's
me or the spec.
