MN-700 freezing

Looks like many people around here got similar problem with MN-700 freezing.
I believe that could be to the number of active connections. Since MN-700
also acts like a NAT and it needs to keep track of all active connections,
it looks like it is hanging after a number of connections. Someone know what
is this limit for MN-700? If this is the case, Microsoft plans to make his
router deal better with this situation, like at least leaving a message at
the log???

they aren't going to do anything, they have abandoned the router. If
you are having problems with it, call the product fullfillment center
and get a refund.

I also need to return my MN700s for a refund due to this issue... I have
searched the word "fulfillment" and came up with 2 threads, this one and
another that does not indicate the phone number to the product fulfillment
center. I have googled the term, done a search on MS's site, and several
other things. Can anyone tell me where to find this phone number? Thank you!
