Hi, I'm having trouble connecting my wireless notebook to the this mn700...
the problem is that I was out for nine months and previously it was working,
is there any chance that the mn700 wireless component coud be broken??
1.- my notebook wireless was working just fine in other places just before I
came back home where the mn700 is,
2.- mn700 wire network works just fine for my desktop as well as for my
notebook,
3.- exploring wireles networks from my notebook I can see the SSID (WEP),
but it appears as there is no signal strength even though those are side by
side!,

I have made thousands of tests with no luck: reset the mn700 not to
factory defaults yet because not sure if that will work... anyway I woud ike
to hear your suggestions, e.g. how to make sure the mn700 wireless component
is working fine? thank you very much in advance,
--
Fernando

Have you tried changing the channel the MN-700 is on? (The 2.4 GHz
frequency usage in the surrounding area may have changed since you were
last home.)

As a test temporarily disable wireless security, until you get it all
sorted out.

Please do not contact me directly or ask me to contact you directly for
assistance.

If your question is worth asking, it's worth posting.

If it’s not worth posting you should have done a search on
http://www.google.com/ http://www.google.com/grphp?hl=en&tab=wg&q= or
http://news.google.com/froogle?hl=en&tab=nf&ned=us&q= before wasting our
time.

If I sound hostile or arrogant you need to read the following before
posting a question "How To Ask Questions The Smart Way" at
http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html (The site I've linked
to just has this article I think people should read before posting a
technical question.)
