MN-700 and VPN Tunnelling

1)Can this device establish a VPN tunnel from itself to a
VPN server at a remote location? I.e., I don't want to
install VPN clients inside the remote network where the
MN-700 is located if the MN-700 can establish the tunnel
directly to a remote VPN server (Windows 2000 in this
case).

2) Can roaming users VPN into the MN-700 from a remote
location?
