You have to install UPnP from the network services option in add/remove
programs (under Windows). And then you have to go in and enable the service
to start up automatically by going into control panel, choosing
adminstrative tools and then choosing Services. Look for the universal plug
and play service, double click on it, and make sure it's set to
automatically start.
