MN-700 and MN-720

I have wired Base station (MN-700) connected to WinXP and
wireless MN-720(Network adapter) connected to Laptop on
WinXP. For a while both of them worked fine. But for the
last three days, I cannot even open a page for 1 mins or
more. I tried re-installing the O/s and then both the
networking software (MN700 and 720). It works good till i
shutdown them. Once i restart anyone, internet pages will
not load for 1 mins or sometimes i dont get any page. I
have updated the base station and network adapters
regularly. My cable modems MAC is X, my base station MAC
is Y and my client or laptop's MAC is Z. I tried cloing by
clicing the clone and still this does not work. I am in
need of Help here.
