MN-700 & mIRC, ports, dcc send

I have the MN-700 base station and I am trying to send
files via dcc send, but i am blocked because the base
station is blocking the ports. I have been trying alot
of stuff to try and allow the sends, but still no luck.
I would appreciate some ways to allow those ports to be
open to send. I am just unsure on the correct way to
enter those ports in the port allow settings and trying
to figure out if it is udp or tcp... any help is greatly
appreciated

What I do for mIRC DCC sends is specify the port rang in
the mIRC application itself (like, say, 2790-3000), then
open those ports on the router under the persistent port
forwarding section. then all DCCs work fine.
