Installed the MN-700 and mirc is working fine (version
6.16), except when I try to DCC. When I try to accept,
it says that it is accepting, but the other computer just
times out. When I try to send, the other computer says
it is trying to accept, but my computer times-out as
well. I assume this is due to the firewall in the MN-
700, but I haven't been able to find the right options to
set to allow DCC to work. Thanks in advance.

You need to forward ports to your computer.
Then you need to tell your IRC program to use those specified ports that you
forwarded.
