MN-700 and BitTorrent ports

How do I configure the ports so that BT can access remote users? In
application-triggered forwarding, I have ports 6881-6889 opened in TCP mode.
What should I set for the outbound port? Running Active Ports shows that BT
is sending data from ports in the 1050's and 4900's. I'd specify an outbound
range, but the box allows only one port.
Where am I messing up? Thanks for any help

Forward ports 6881 to 6899 to the computer you are running bittorrent on.
Alternatively, you can specify whatever ports you want to use for incoming
connections within your bittorrent client, and then forward those ports to
the computer that bittorrent is running on.

Jason,

Thanks for the response, I should have been clearer. I have forwarded the
ports specified in the client to my computer. However, if you're familiar
with Shadow's experimental client, I still get the yellow (firewall) light,
and few connections. Thanks again for the speedy response!

Matt

As long as the ports are open, give it a little while.
If it is yellow, it could also mean that no one has tried to make a
connection.

Make sure you are ussing persistant port forwarding & not
application triggered.
