Hello: My wireless connection crashed today and I can't recover it. After
all the usual re-boots of device/base station, I continue to get "no wireless
networks found." Was running WPA with the 720 on XP SP2. (If I move the
laptop/720 I can pick-up the network next door, but even right next to my
base station, the BB utility does not see my network --- even if I turn off
all security, etc.

Could the base station (which I have refreshed and continue to get all green
lights) be malfunctioning? Any ideas on why I can't see my network or
troubleshooting the 700/720?

Thanks

I recently had the same problem and sent an email request
to Microsoft. They had the following suggestions - which
worked for me:
1)Check the firmware
2)Ensure you have nothing interfering - phones, micorwave
ovens etc.
3)Change the channel setting - with channel 1,3,6,9 and
11 being the preferred. This is what fixed it for me,
moving from channel 6 to 1.

Hope it helps.
