MN-610 Kit

I have the MN-500 and MN-510 router and wireless adapter.
The upstairs computer was working great until the
neighbour hooked up a wireless network (I think). Now the
upstairs computer cannot get connected to the base
station. I have ran the setup wizard so many times it
still doesn't work.
What can I do?
