I am having trouble with a MN520 wireless broadband
notebook adapter which stops working and hangs my systems
after having I plugged in for ten or so minutes. It
freezes with the Power LED off, and the Wireless LED on.

As soon as I eject the card, the PCs resume operations
normally. The problem occurs on any computer I plug it
into. If I reinsert the card it will start working and run
for another ten or so minutes before hanging again. It
almost looks like firmware problem to me.

The device is one year old. I have another card which
works fine in all my machines. The only difference I can
think of is that I have used the card in question to
connect to D-Link and Linksys networks, but I have
reconfigured it back to work with Microsoft BBN.

Is there any way to restore the firmware on these adapters?
