I have a system with Win 98 SE. I installed a usb
adapter MN-510 and everything works fine until I shut
down the system. I cannot restart the system, it hangs
while starting to boot with no video. If I unplug the MN-
510 I can boot up and once the system is up, I can plug
in the MN-510 and it works fine?

Any ideas?

Thanks

Sounds like a driver issue.

you also may not have enough free Irq's and it is trying to share resources
at boot time.

disable com2 and com1 in the bios (if not needed) it may fix you up
