Uninstall the BNU completely. You don't need it with XP. Use Windows
XP's built in wireless zero configuration to configure the MN-510. To
administer the MN500, use a web browser and go to
http://192.168.2.1.
The folks on the support line should have told you that there was a
new downloadable version of the BNU (which you really don't need..)
and they should have been able to resolve this for you.
