Hello,

I am running WinXP with all updates/SP1 and am using
a MN-510 (USB NIC) to interface with a MN-500 router.
When I play a video game online, I notice every few
minutes I will get a ~two second lag in the game. If I
use a CAT5 cable to my built in NIC via the MN-500
router, everything is perfect. This has showed me the MN-
510/wireless settings are to blame. I saw a KB article
regarding disabling 802.1x authentication as a solution
for this. I have done this a few days ago, rebooted a
few times since then, and the problem has not gone away.
I just checked now and "Enable IEEE 802.1x authentication
for this network" is NOT checked. In the past, it has
worked fine, however I've updated to the latest firmware
since then (1.11.017). I am hoping someone can point me
in the right direction. Thanks

Did you run the MN500 update on both computers, including
the one with the MN510? The MN500 also updates files on
the Windows environment.
