Uninstall the Microsoft Broadband networking software because you are
running Windows XP.
The firmware update for the MN-510 can be downloaded at
http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/br...Downloads.aspx
& then select the MN-700.
Then download & install the file listed as "MSBNDownload.exe (12.4MB)".
