MN-500 Wireless Base Station Firmware Upgrade

Where can I download an upgrade? My current version is
V1.11.017 from 10/2003.

Has MS given up on writing new versions of this firmware, or did they
conclude at some point that it is a perfect firmware which would never
require even an extra touch of salt? I think alot of the MN-500 users who
describe problems of disconnects might be experiencing issues where their
systems are getting DoS'd or over scanned and knocked offline. I have had
this happen to my system.... I have had days where it happens constantly,
and I have to restart my router or disconnect and reconnect, and then other
times when I haven't experienced a problem for WEEKS. Its really odd, but I
think MS needs to come out with an update to this firmware. But why should
they, they probably want us to buy another of their newer products instead.

Microsoft dropped the networking hardware products in 2004, and the
department has been disbanded.
