MN-500 Uplink-able

I have an MN-500.

Also have an 8 port LinkSys switch.

Can the LinkSys switch be used with the MN-500 to extend the network?

Yes it can.
You may need to use a crossover cable to connect the MN500 to the switch
(unless the switch has auto-MDI capabilities).
Alternatively, if there is an uplink port, you can connect a normal patch
cable from the MN500 to the uplink port on the switch.
