MN 500 update probem

Hello ppl

I am desperatly trying to update my MN500 box with the
utility MSBNUPDATE.exe and each time i am receiving the
same error.

Microsoft visual c++ runtime library
runtime error!
program MSBNUpdate.exe

its windows xp pro with sp2
any bright idea ?

If you are using any third party skinning software, or hydravision, you'll
need to uninstall those (or tell the program not to effect any of the msbn
applications) as they will cause the error you are seeing.
