MN 500 - Trouble reseting my base station

I have used my MN 500 for a long time without problems.

I have found yesterday the base station with no network
access: power light orange, modem light green, wireless
no light and all ports green bliking.

So, I have tried to reset my base station without success.
No matter how long i hold the reset button down, the
power light will not go solid green.

Any idea ?
