MN-500 resetting

I recently bought a MN-500 wireless router and installed
it no problems onto my machine. However, one fine day it
just decided to stop working. In our apartment we don't
have a specific ISP as we are provided with a network
point in the wall (ethernet cable point) which connects
directly to the ethernet network card in the PC.
Sometimes the server we use is tempremental and goes off
but then comes back again. This obviously causes some
connectivity problems anyway. Now the base-station
continuously resets itself if it is connected with the
ethernet cable that is used to access the web. If i
disconnect this from the base-station then it is fine and
doesn't reset. Do you think it could be that the because
the signal from our server is not consistent and this
subsequently causes the base-station to reset? If i
bypass the base-station and plug the cable straight into
the PC network card then i can connect to the internet
with no problems.

Hope this is enough information for some much needed help

Thanks in advance
Dave

Try a complete reset. Hold and unfolded paper clip in the reset hole
for around 8 seconds. You will need to set it up again from scratch.

You said you bought it recently. Is it still under warranty?
