MN-500 Programming Problem

I have installed the software, but whenever i get to the
programming part, it tells me there is a problem
configuring the base station. I have installed this before
and had the same problem, but for some unknown reason, it
decided to work for me. I am pretty sure that i have turned
the firewall off and the ICS was not on to begin with.
Please if there is any known fix to this, tell me.

I had the same problem. I just completed the software
install, rebooted, started the base station software ,
went to the screen for PPPoP config and clicked on
the "connect" button and was connected to the internet.
