I have been using a MN-500 for about 1 1/2 years without
problems. This past week, I have been getting
intermittent connection problems. When I look at the MN-
500, the Modem light was not on. The DSL modem's LAN
connection light was blinking, but the ADL light that
indicates an Internet connection was solid on. When I
disconnected the cable from the MN-500 and connected the
modem directly to my PC, the LAN light on the modem
stayed solid. So I thought that maybe the MN-500 port
had died. During this week though, the same problem has
been occurring on a daily basis. This made me think that
the problem lies elsewhere. I have tried resetting the
modem, base station, all cables checked, and everything
else I could think of. I have run out of options to try,
and the problem is still happening, any help would be
appreciated. Below is a copy of part the event log from
two different events when the problem happened.
