MN-500 not connecting to broadband

Hi! My MN-500 was working fine and all set up, then i had to reset my modem.
I can get on the internet by connecting directly to the modem, but when I
hook up the wireless router it wont work. When i log on to the router, it
has all the same information as i set it up with but it never connects to the
broadband it just says "connecting". I have tried resetting the router and
unplugging and replugging it in. Any suggestions? Thanks!

did you try the long factory reset with the unfolded paper clip for
10 seconds or just the soft reset?

yes i did but i ended up just buying a new router after i read your previous
suggestions.
