mn-500 needs resetting twice daily

Can anybody help, please?...I have a MN-500 working OK but losing Internet
access frequently. Update is V1.11.017 . OS is XP pro and Home. ADSL modem
is Nokia and using PPoE. To make it work, I must reset the MN-500 to
factory by pressing the button and then go over the full configuration
wizard. Web access reset doesn't work, neither repair or DOS commands (agp,
ipconfig, netstats, etc.).
