MN-500 looses Connection Type setting

Has anyone seen a case where a MN-500 set to connect using
PPPoE to Bellsouth.net looses it connection type. After a
few days of use the router reverts back to Dynamic. The
unit has the latest firmware and connects to a Westell
modem set to bridging mode. The user claims he hasn't done
a reset or even accessed the Basestation Mgmt Tool.
