I have an MN-500 to which I connect a laptop running W2K
and a Linksys wireless adapter. The system works fine
without WEP, but will not run with 64- bit WEP turned on,
despite repeated efforts to double-check the key.

Any advice?

Oops sorry, Linksys hardware, can't help you, this is a
