I can ping the 192.168.2.1 but when I try to connect all I
get is page can not be displayed.
When I reboot my computer, the ISP locks me out and I have
to remove the MN-500 and reboot the computer again.

Any ideas?

You may be probably in bridge mode -- in bridge mode the
router cannot be accessed through Ports 1-4. Reset the
router using the reset hole on the back, wait while the
power light is orange and/or blinks. All router settings
will be lost, and password reverts to admin

I have tried reseting the unit. I can still only ping
it. Would this mean the unit is defective? I am not
running any kind of firewall software, and disabled the
anti-virus before the install.

Did you hold the reset button for more than 7 seconds? Such that the power
light flashed yellow?

Seven Seconds, no... so the power light turns yellow and
flashes yes.

I have tried twice holding the reset button in for over 10
seconds each time. The power light changes to yellow and
the lights all flash, but I am still unable to configure
the unit. I can ping, and I can connect to the internet
through the unit until I reboot.
