The MN-500 will not bridge wireless or act as a wireless to ethernet bridge
(converter) in the manner you are attempting. Buffalo uses WDS (as do
Linksys, Belkin, etc. who also use the Broadcom chipset in their 802.11g
products). I've actually written about this. See my Expert Zone column on
