wow - i'll check. if this turns out to be the case, what is it about
the Microsoft router that Pac Bell doesn't like? i've used Linksys,
Netgear, and Zyxel without any problems in the past. and how would i
approach pac bell? what should i tell them to change or check?
good to hear about the tech support, but i can't find an actual
telephone # anywhere - not the manual, and not on the box.
