mn-120

im working with an old IBM thinkpad runnung win 98 only
32mbram a customers!
he purchased a mn-120 every time i instal including the
broadband monitoring software the nic works fine until i
reboot.
then in device manager it says that it isn't working and
i cant use it.
is this a known issue and how do i fix

which model thinkpad exactly? Does it have a cardbus slot? Does it
have the most current BIOS?
