MN-100 Router

I have the latest firmware in my router and when i play on xbox live, i
randomly lose the connection and when it happens, the light on the router for
that network jack on the router completely shuts off for maybe half and
second and comes back on, can you help me????

P.S. i have tryed the DMZ thing.
