Hello I got this thing and have been able to get all
computers connected to the web but not a one can access
any of the others which they could on the DLink DI-804
this replaced in a hurry. I tried just about everything I
know to fix the situation so I call the toll free
telephone number and guess where it takes you India
sheesh what are they thinking trying to walk somebody
through something technical with several steps in each
attempt to solve an issue with an accent that thick. I'm
returning my product, I'm gonna lose a few bucks doing so
but I'm not going to put up with support like that or a
company who insists on doing it. They've sent jobs
overseas and made something already difficult even harder
for the average joe off the street who's running things
up there Mr Burns?

Ahahahaha, Yeah ... It's hard as hell to understand those people. ... What
the hell Gates, hire Americans/Europeans... Or at least people without an
extremely heavy accent.
Btw, make sure you have the latest firmware.
Disable DHCP, that way you can keep track of everyone's IP. (On Local Area
Network)
And set an IP in Windows' TCP/IP Properties
That's the easiest way.
