hey jeff
how's it going? i have used the MN-100 wired ethernet
base station for over 3 years, with out a single problem.
however, i have always been using Windows XP (SP1). i
assume you ran the cd-rom installation, when you
installed XP? are you up to date with your windows
updates? aside from the occassional power outage, i have
not had a single issue with the MN-100. the MN-500
wireless base station, don't get me started. my only
advice on the MN-500, steer clear and don't waste your
time. it is garbage! there are quite a few of us posting
issues with the MN-500. you may want to remove the base
station program and start over (re-install w/cd-rom).
sorry i am not much help.
thanks
tom
