Hey Yall.
No big deal. I'm the Systems Admin for this company, I
just started workin here 2 weeks ago. Anyway, I've learned
that they use a local Wireless ISP, but they dont have a
static IP. I called the ISP and they told me there would
be no problem giving me a static IP (I wouldnt be to
concerned but these people get knocked offline for hours
every other week, and weve determined the problem is that
the hardware on both ends is having issues
assigning/receiving the IP.) Anyway, So, I tried to login
to the router. And at that moment I found out No One knew
the router password. So, I tried all the defaults I could
think of. I dont want to do a hard reset until I know what
the default password is. I've checked with Everyone who
might know, even the ISP, which the General Manager of the
company told me were the ones who installed the hardware.
There is 1 man I'm still waiting to have call me, but I
contacted him last month and I want to get this done.
Thanks a million.
