MN-100 connectivity

Every now and then my MSBN connection icon goes from
green to red. My web surfing halts and errors out...Xbox
Live cuts off. Then after a couple minutes, the icon
goes back to green. ALL drivers (NIC, router, etc.) are
up to date. Any ideas?
