MN-100 and XBOX

I bought the MN-100 because it was "xbox compatable" with
the original firmware. Now on XBOX site it says there is
a problem with firmware 1.08, I just did the latest
firmware for this and it is now 1.11 Can anyone tell me if
this is fully compatible with LIVE?
Also, I am getting lousy connections to LIVE getting
1500/100 when my cable modem gets 3500/800 regularly.
I also get 160ms lag which is horrible.
Can any one suggest anything.

It is fully compatible with LIVE.
I think the x-box is wired here, so try another cable,
and make sure your cable is not too long (100m max).
You may want to try another port on the BS also.
