mixed networks

4 PC's on network - 3 2000 & 1 98 - the 3 2000 PC's can see
everything on the network but when you try to connect to
any 2000 PC from the 98 PC it asks for a password even
though there are none set (you just hit the enter key to
log on). They are all in the same workgroup. Ny ideas?

you need to add a user to the 2000 boxes which is the same name as the 98
box uses to logon.

2000 will then verify it is a valid user and let it connect
