Missing Websites and no mail

Hello,
I have just set a new wireless router. (D- link DI-624) I am using a
Dell desktop computer and using Internet sharing to connect to the Internet
with my laptop. The desktop is connected to a direct way satellite two-way
system via USB cable.
The network seems to be working fine, I can share drives between the two
computers.
The problem is the Internet connection and the mail program connection. I
can connect to some sites surfing the Internet but nothing that has a secure
site. I cannot connect to my MSN homepage. I can also download. I've shut
off the firewalls and attempt to correct this problem but the situation does
not change. I have also roll back SP 2 upgrade.

Any thoughts?
